I can coach you on your fitness journey because of the following credentials: I have an 8 pack! 

Well, I guess there is only one left, so my credentials are actually that I have a 1/8th pack, dang.

Okay, well, I guess it helps that I've been coaching in person strength and conditioning classes for over 10 years. I'm certified StrongFirst SFG2 (kettlebell), and SFB (bodyweight) which has informed my own training, and the way I program for intentional, gradual growth, with the long game in mind. My goal is to teach you how to train yourself. If I do my job well, you’ll no longer need me.

At Accretion Protocol, not only will I strive to provide the highest quality coaching I can, I also choose to reject the norms of today's pop fitness culture, and instead present content and coaching without it being about me.
